The check-in experience was fantastic,, with warm hospitality from Dashia. The room was huge and full of everything I needed for my family, making it a comfortable base for our trip.

Unfortunately, cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty pull-out couches and issues with bedding that needed attention. The pool area also had a strong, off-putting odor that dampened the experience.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! It was close to the New Jewish Theatre and the Creve Coeur Golf Club, making it convenient for our plans. The staff was friendly, and we loved the spacious rooms that fit our group perfectly. Definitely recommend checking out the indoor pool and gym during your stay.

We had an issue with the cleanliness of the carpet. it didn't feel like it had been vacuumed properly, which was kind of off-putting.

During my stay, the room was not cleaned as I requested. When I returned to my room, it was still unkempt, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the lights in the room started blinking early in the morning, waking everyone up. This completely disrupted my experience and took away any peace I thought I'd get during my stay.

this hotel was seriously disappointing. bugs within the first ten minutes and a non-existent breakfast. i woudl ve been fine if i received a little special treatment as compensation for my discomfort, but no! just average hospitality for an average guest. i almost gave a good review, but alas, couldn’t do it. absoluteley dreadful.

the pull-out couch was dirty and we had to ask for new sheets and blankets multiple times. but the breakfast had a nice variety of options, the outdoor putting green was a fun touch, and the housekeeper was really friendly and quick to help us out.

There was air conditioning, free toiletries, a hairdryer, a kitchen area with a microwave and refrigerator, and a cozy seating area with a sofa bed. The fitness center was well-equipped and the indoor swimming pool was nice for relaxing after exploring the area.
